I’ve been saying for a while now that I was going to start a blog dedicated to reviewing and recommending places to enjoy a good meal or favorite dish. Well today is that day.
There is no doubt, that, like many of you, I love to eat. I also love to cook. I don’t always cook as often as I might like but it is something I enjoy.
But what I really like is a good meal with good service. To me, when I go out to eat, the service makes the meal. Sometimes I might not like the taste or style of a particular dish, sometimes my food is cold or not cooked the way I like, but the right attitude with good service can make it alright.
I will be honest and say that I don’t always tip 15%
I tip based on service. If I have bad service, I will not leave a tip. If I have really excellent service, I will leave a rather large tip and I’ve been known to ask for managers and/or write letters, praising excellent services from wait staff.
I’ve found a lot of places along the way where I enjoy eating. Some cheap, some not so cheap. Some casual, some formal, some in between the two.
